Here, we will see the breathtaking Palácio Nacional and walk around Sintra’s beautiful woods and parks. On our way back, we will stop at Cascais, just half an hour from the capital. This is a real Portuguese beach resort, full of local people and crammed with restaurants, beach cafés and discos. After a relaxing dinner on the beach, the coach will take us back to the hotel. Our return flight leaves early on Monday morning.1 There is nothing organized on the Friday afternoon.2 On Saturday afternoon, you will visit an old part of the city.3 Cascais is popular with Portuguese people.4 You will spend Sunday evening outside Lisbon.5 You are going to return on Sunday night.

In fact, shopping itself is an important leisure time activity. Spending a day at a giant mall has become, for some people, as interesting as spending the day at museum or amusement park.

People in the United States are ultimately not much different from others in what they do in their leisure time. The real difference may lie in the energy, time, money, and sheer enthusiasm that they devote to it.

What can you do to recall your dreams more often and interpret them more Clearly？ The expe

Develop an idea. Before you go to sleep, consciously think about a topic or a person you'd like to dream about. Raise a question that's troubling you and see how your dream responds to it.

Keep track. Next to your bed, place a pen and some paper, or a tape recorder or laptop(笔记本电脑) ,to record your dreams as soon as you wake up.

When you rise, immediately write down as many images, feelings and impressions as you can.

Connect the dots. To better interpret your dreams, try to make connections between your recalled dreams and recent events. Do you recognize people from the present or past？ Can you detect any themes from the dream？ Look for patterns over several dreams that might help explain an individual dream.

Change the outcome, If you have nightmares happening again and again that make it difficult to sleep, try to change the endings. Once you wake up from a bad dream, imagine a change in the action to create a more positive outcome. If you are trapped, try to fly. In your dream, you can do what you want !
